- Understand what goes into the computation of EPF, SOCSO and HRDF Funds
- Correctly manage and compute the various employee benefits according to EA using the acceptable legal formula: annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, public holidays, rest days, etc
- Calculate unpaid leave and early leaving or late joining of employment in the month
- Compute payments for part-time and casual employees

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Mohan Raj was the Consultant on retainer basis for the largest oil and gas union in the country for more than a decade. He has wide experience in collective bargaining having assisted several unions and companies in concluding the collective agreements. His experience in management is also entrenched by his previous position as a General Manager of Human Resources for a household-famed multinational company.
