He has an MBA in HR Training & Development and a PSMB approved trainer who is fully qualified and experienced in facilitating people of any category. He is fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Bhd. into a customer centric organization – a nine months intervention covering the creation of Customer-centric behaviour dictionary, Culture change initiatives, Leadership Coaching & Problem Solving Laboratory and Sales Improvement project for GlaxoSmithKline.
Vasu has a very strong sales background and has been selling educational product, insurance, MLM products, electrical products, personal computers and training programs for 14 years. He is an expert in coaching leaders towards steering their branch, dept or organisation to achieve profit/sales breakthroughs. Even CEO’s seek his counselling on performance improvement.
