Mr. Kumaran has been in training industry since 1997. He has been involving in training; providing training program and courses on motivational and awareness based training program to corporate, factories and school to increase awareness of human mind’s unlimited energy and how to tap it.

Initial working experience in housing development project, food supplement industry and as a teacher in a secondary school specializing in Living Skills. Worked in IT industry after receiving his Association of Computer Professional’s Diploma in computer system design.

PSMB certified trainer. Completed detailed study of human personality in “SELF AWARENESS PROGRAM” by renowned motivator G.G.P.SUBRAMANIAM (1994 to now). Spent years understanding, researching, applying ideas from the “BORN RICH” program by world renowned speaker Bob Proctor.

As he found out his passion is in Human Capital and  started in the training & development industry with a training provider since 1997 till 2008, responsible for bringing in new clients and conducting ‘unofficial’ one to one follow up sessions with participants. Here the trainings were customized for different fields eg. WHOLE ORGANIZATION, PRODUCTION, SAFETY & HEALTH TEAM, MARKETING, ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCES, NEW EMPLOYEES, LECTURERS/TRAINERS etc. is fast gaining reputation in the industry as being the basic program to attend before a person attends any other program as this program expands the awareness and level of thinking of participants to a higher degree.

Mr. Kumaran’s Adopting Changes Towards Increasing Productivity training program has also been approved by Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) as one of their approved programs under their Bumiputra Training Fund (BTF).
