Senior Trainer and Coach

Mr. Anbananthan have 27 years of retail experience local and abroad. 

I grow from a management trainee to a senior management  and this have given me an insight of all level of people management and their needs.

In senior management team or BLT, often regards a coaching material as I am very much involve with the HR team to prepare and conduct relevant training and coaching to the team members.

Also know for a good presentation skills, knows how to bring the “audients” towards the message delivered. This is because I am very  fluent in  my Bahasa Melayu and English .

I been conducting training as in house trainer on top of my operation job.  I was given the task to train even senior management (Department Head’s, Store General Managers and other functional head’s).
